Shipping and Returns

Shipping Methods:  Products are typically shipped by UPS or USPS based on shipment weight and destination.  Sink or Swim Products will route shipments the best way unless otherwise specified.  Email us for fully insured shipments.  Items are usually shipped 3-5 business days from the first business day of recieving the order. Shipping details for items that are imprinted are found with the product information.

Returns:  All merchandise must be inspected and verified upon receipt.  Customer has thirty (30) days from date of receiving item to notify Sink or Swim Products of any discrepancies.  Email details of any discrepancies and defects for returns.  Any imprinting complaint must be made within (7) seven days of receipt of merchandise.

1.  All returns must have FACTORY RETURN AUTHORIZATION numbers.  No merchandise will be accepted for credit or replacement without prior authorization.  Sink or Swim Products is not authorized to make adjustments or handle returns and will therefore direct you, at this point, to the manufacturer for that product.  Email details.

4. Manufacturers reserve the right to change prices, product specifications or packaging without notice to Sink or Swim Products and therefore, Sink or Swim Products, cannot be held responsible for these changes.  It must be clear that each production run of closed cell foam can vary in color, finish, imprint position, density, compression, shrinkage, expansion, inside/outside diameter, wall thickness, etc.

2. All returns must be returned to the factory "freight prepaid" for inspection and warranty consideration.  Warranty consideration for manufacturing defects is given to all products within one year from date of purchase, except Sof-Flops which have no warranty.  Proof of purchase must accompany all returns.

3 A 15% restocking charge will be made for all returned merchandise.

Privacy Statement

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.

The information we collect is used for internal review, used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for individual consumers, used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes and may then be discarded.  We do not ever sell or share this information with any other individual or company.
